In compliance with the recent state of emergency declaration by the Japanese government, we have extended the remote work period until the 6th of May, 2020. Due to this, there may be some delays in dealing with certain inquiries to our customer support team. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and hope for your understanding in this matter.

A defect has recently been found in Nendoroid DIO released on the 17th of September 2019, where the Standard Face Plate, Interchangeable Face Plates (x2) and GOODSMILE ONLINE SHOP/Medicos Entertainment Online Store Exclusive Face Plate are missing mole marks on the left ear.
If you have found this defect in your product, please contact our customer support department in order to receive replacement parts.
