Temporary Closure for Staff Training Dear valued customers, Thank you for your continued support of Good Smile Company products.
We wish to inform you that the company will be closing for a short period due to staff training. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you.
- Temporary Closure Dates -
From the 13th March (Wed) until the 15th March (Fri).
- Customer Support -
Please note that customer support (TEL: 0120-915-39/ email: support@goodsmile.jp) will also be temporarily unavailable during the above dates.
We will still offer support regarding online orders from the GSC Online Shop via email only (shop@goodsmile.jp).
- Support Requests -
All emails and requests from the online support form during this period will be answered from the 18th March (Mon) in the order they were received. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our customers.
