Q: Why are you are not responding to my email?
A: Be sure to set your spam filter to allow mail from ‘ support@goodsmile.jp' and ‘support@goodsmile.info'. If you receive email on your phone, be sure to allow it to receive mail sent from a computer.
 
Q: My product’s packaging has been damaged.
A: The packaging is designed to protect the product itself, and unfortunately we will not offer a replacement unless the product itself is damaged.
 
Q: My product was missing certain parts.
A: Please contact customer services with more details.

Q: The paintwork on my figure is messy.
A:

The paintwork on our figures varies between each figure as a large amount is done by hand. Unfortunately, there are cases where we will unfortunately not be able to offer a replacement for small painting errors.

 
Q: I noticed a defect in a product I bought some time ago.
A: When stock of a particular product has been depleted, we can unfortunately no longer offer support for that particular product. Many products distributed by Good Smile Company have already reached this stage. Please contact customer service if you are unsure whether or not the product is still available.
 
Q: I saw a new product at an event, when will it go on sale?
A: We cannot respond to inquiries regarding items that have not been officially announced. Sorry!
 
Q: Will XXX be going on resale?
A: Products are considered for resale when there is enough demand for them; however we cannot respond to all queries about which products are being considered for resale. Sorry!
 
Q: I sent a figure into support, when can I expect it back?
A: Products received by support will normally be replaced or returned to you in approximately one week of reception.
•  Please note that delivery times vary between different regions.
•  In peak periods such as after New Year's or long holiday periods, the return timeframe may be longer than usual.
